CO witness vs Combat cut RMR

About to send a couple slides out to get the RMR cuts. I'm trying to make the decision on going regular CO witness or the combat cut. One is a Glock 26 that's a carry gun, and the other one is a 19X that gets carried sometimes and is used with a suppressor. I'm sending them to the Glock store. My Glock 34 has the factory MOS which seems excessively high with the MOS plate. The ones getting sent out I have the Sig Zero sights to install on them.

Cowitness is too busy and the rmr is very reliable. I prefer combat

I'd go co-witness. When presenting from an awkward position and your presentation is less than perfect, that front sight is a pretty big help in finding the dot. Besides, as reliable as red dots are these days, they aren't immune to failure.

I'm using Ameriglo GL 429 & on another pistol GL 511. I wanna say they are lower 1/3 to lower 1/4 cowitness. So far I'm liking the orange dot front on the 511's better.

I'm thinking about CO-witness the 26 and combat cut the 19x from the comments above. I'm half tempted to wait till I can run to Nashville and go to the store. Supposedly they have demos of both cut styles there.

Unfortunately, the only way to know what will work for you will be to try them. Running around the house in your underwear and trying it out is wholly different from running drills on a timer and actually seeing which is faster.

Running around the range in your underwear on a timer will always produce faster times. Aerodynamics and all that.

I though the road cyclist Lycra skin suit in multi cam is the only way to be high speed.

I'm going to 3D print some slides and put the optics on there and see. Hopefully I can be lazy and someone already has the models printed for them.
