Remember what I said about it not being over. This is only the tip of the iceberg.

Amongst the shenanigans these cops got up to was setting up shooters to have their permits revoked and their firearms taken away. They sold information to criminals for large sums of money.

Now people are beginning to see that what we were saying about some Irish cops was and is true.

Ed, it is SO GOOD that you are able to finally put that up there. And yes, @Unknown , THIS article is just the tip of the iceberg that Ed had been chatting about, for all these years. Ya'll get why "practically nothing" could be said, right?

Now that "the cat is starting to come out of the bag", I'm seriously hoping that the judge(s?) can finally release their decision. All of this (and more) has been in-the-works as well as contingent-upon.... this case and decision.

My, but how the plot thickens, eh?

Ed,
I'm really pleased that this is finally coming to a head, and that all your accusations are being proven. It makes complete sense why you can't say more at this time. It is great to hear from you, and to hear what is going on with the case.

I wish you all the success possible in your fight. I detest corrupt cops.

(We need a gooder Awesome-icon than just 'hearts for eyes' but ya'll get the picture.)

Shock an' Awe, bro, then release the hounds, lay scunion, and finally.... pulverize the ashes. There's MANY here who support you, and don't know the half of what's been going on. It will be an epic saga unto itself, one day. I'm just really glad that you're giving the boys (and girls) a hint.

I second the book writing idea. If Eddio isn't a writer, his story is good enough that when tied into the news stories, and first hand accounts I'm certain he could get someone to help write the story. Once this is all over, it would be wonderful if Eddio could write (when I say write I mean either Eddio alone, or with a writer to help) a book about it, and because of the book retire comfortably wherever his heart desires.

Now that the story has become international news about a national police force, a first hand account from one of the victims of the corruption has immense potential. I don't if Ireland's laws would allow a civil suit, but if so, that would certainly add to the story. I'm quite certain that Eddio has already thought all this through, so I doubt I'm suggesting anything he hasn't already considered.
