They handled the situation pretty well, especially when he put the tourniquet on the guy’s arm. He was able to quickly recognize that the guy wasn’t a threat and simply wasn’t following the usual simon says instructions because his arm was fucked up. That usually might had ended up with the cops executing the guy right there.

I think the only thing I disagree with is that the cop says the guy almost ran him over. Nobody was in front of the truck so that’s pretty much out of the question. Probably could’ve tased him if they tried again. I don’t think the first shot with the taser stuck in the guy

I think the only downside was the dog got shot. Probably would have been better if it had been the knucklehead driving that got killed instead of the dog.
