I think they are woke idiots laughing at things they have no standing to laugh at anyone. If you think it was just that, then you think it was just that.

That very well may be the case, but it is a clear sign that our major allies, whatever we might think of them, did not gain respect for the US because Trump was in office, which was the only point I was making. I don't particularly care what they think, or even have much respect for them, but neither of those points matters.I think they are woke idiots laughing at things they have no place laughing at.
I didn't mean it in that way. The telling part is that you (we) assume they have no place to laugh at an American President, because he is an American President. And yet they broke that rule. That was the reaction to Trump, whether they were right or not, and whether it matters or not (it wasn't, it doesn't.)My response is telling? You’re the one who claimed they were laughing. I’m merely pointing out “who cares if they were.” They’re jesters.
Ah, that makes more sense. Agree. However, I will posit that the ridicule is a weapon taken straight from Rules For Radicals. It really is the only weapon those Socialists had left to try and use against him (and they definitely were against him).I didn't mean it in that way.
