I recommend Brian Enos. At least you get free shipping and great service.
I've kept an eye on eBay, but rarely you'll find a good deal. Some listings close for more than new prices.
Otherwise, you have have to keep on eye on Craigslist, or other web sites for a used one.

Craigslist or local gun-oriented message board is your only chance at a "deal".
Prices on ebay blow my mind. You basically pay new price, but get a few extras thrown in. Wuth Dillon increasing price each year, and strictly enforcing dealer minimum pricing, you rarely ever find deals.
