Do I have a problem? also approx velocity help

New to reloading centerfire rifle. I have loaded approx 20K shotgun shells but very little rifle. Gun is a 700 and was chambered with PTG 308 win match reamer. Bullets do not drop into spent cases. can push them in with my fingers with very little pressure but dont drop free.
Load is virgin laupa 308 brass trimmed to 2.010
44.3 gr varget (45.0 gr showed slight ejector smear on 2 of 3 rds)
nosler cc 175
cci 200

Is this a problem of not enough neck clearence or is the ejector denting the case mouths ever so slightly and causing the problem?

Also does anybody have an approx velocity for this load out of a 20" barrel? Looking to get starting point dope with JBM?

This is common, the case neck will get resized. I would think the match reamer would allow a tight enough chamber to avoid excessive case expansion, but it all comes down to neck wall thickness.

I estimate you will be in the 2580-2600 fps range out of the 20" tube
