Back in the 70s my uncle had an old trailer that he rented out. The guy wouldn’t pay his rent, piled old engines and crap in the yard and refused to move out. The guy left one day and my uncle took his hoe, pealed the roof off grabbed all his junk in the yard and piled it in the house then he pulled up the electrical service stuck it in the house and put the roof back on (somewhat) we were sitting on the back of the truck drinking charter and coke when the guy returned. He was cussing and running around and my uncle said you have 15 minutes to get your shit out. He got a few things out while we were laughing at him the whole time. After he left we dug a hole crushed the trailer up and buried it. Uncle said I’m done with renters.
