the other day I went to verify the mil lines on my falcon menace 4-14x44 with B20 reticle to Range. I only had about 7 yards in the house that I could measure accurately but I discovered that the scope after computing the math said it was 7.4 yards. from the mil-dot.com site the equation is basically (as many of you know)
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Code:</div><div class="ubbcode-body ubbcode-pre" ><pre>Object size (in) x 27.77 divided by mils read</pre></div></div>
after playing around with the numbers in excel I found that for this particular scope the equation is
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Code:</div><div class="ubbcode-body ubbcode-pre" ><pre>Object size (in) x 26.25 divided by mils read</pre></div></div>
anyone else with a falcon notice such a deviation?
