May get either a Hart or Sinclair std. flat-top br w.o. windage adjustment for shooting my narrow forend .22s - 30-06 sporters. I'm thinking the narrow owl ear front bags would be more for a top w. windage & that maybe a wider front bag, or maybe even a brick or pillow bag, would make it easier to adj. my aim & shoot more accurately. Am I right here? Both makers sell All-Purpose tops, but I'm kinda leery of being limited to that one bag that is std. w. them. If those bags are easily removed/replaced & one of the bags I've mentioned could be then used then maybe it wouldn't be an issue. But then again, it seems like it might be a waste of $ to get the AP to begin with. Also, there is a dizzying asstmnt. of rear bags out there. Any thoughts on those?
