Seems to me a shop that puts out work this sloppy could just as easily put out work that was dangerous. Glad the rifles were safe for the shooters.

Avg shot is what ...71 yards or some shit. A 10 moa gun is lethal at those ranges.

For sure.
Most forward mounts are designed to reverse the top hemisphere if needed to close the gap between the day optic. That being said if the barrel contour is barely clearing, flipping the bridge will result in the damned thing conflicting with the barrel due to the increased taper diameter upstream from the mount. Maybe that's what was happening with the awesome lightning sticks mentioned above.

The KMW MUNSter is designed to do that and a bunch are ran in a reversed fashion with shorter scopes.
