Have a look at the way different countries rate fuel octane.
RON VS MON for example.
Where I am it is rated (RON) & available as 91, 95 & 98.
That is not a US brand, and uses a different octane rating system.
"98" is common in AUS, for example, it's the standard "premium".. that doesn't make it "better".
In the UK, 97 octane “super unleaded” roughly equivalent to 91 in the US.
