Yeah and we built the Alaska Highway in a matter of months with 1930's trucks and hand-axes.
I'd suggest that when you have your family gathering at Christmas... you talk to him about this.

I couldn't remember what those were called. We still had the M67 recoiless rifle. 90mm. Just like a bazooka, but had a bipod in the rear and a monopod in the front. It had an old style low power scope, but our guys could hit pretty well with them. 700-800 on the move and about 1200 static. They were typically very reliable. One such account was after Grenada on a deployment to Puerto Rico. Don't know if it was dirty or just bad primer. But, it was a good thing as the loader locked the rear ring where the firing mechanism was, then tapped the gunner. As the gunner heard "click" he turned to see the loader waiting right behind the rifle. Had that thing gone off it would have spread that loaders head over the 30 yards behind the gun. That loader literally ended up shooting himself in the foot with ammo he wasn't supposed to have.I recognize that dragon…….there’s about a 50/50 chance of it firing!
