Hello Snipers Hiders,

GAP will be short handed in the front office next week due to a scheduled vacation and a last minute emergency fishing trip.

It is very likely that folks will have problems getting hold of me on the phone, I can only handle about 50-70 calls per day (pushing 11 or 12 hours)--I highly recommend contacting via Email as I will be able to catch up and respond after hours: [email protected]

Emails are good to go, inquiries are usually more concise and I can get a response to them usually same day, sometimes 1-2 if I'm backlogged.

That is a legitimate excuse and I think it should be inputted into all IVR systems.

Press #1 to call in absent
Press #2 to call in a tardy
Press #3 cause you are going fishing
