I coated my 338 Rum this weekend Matte black with Cerakote Oven Cure. The color is actually called Graphite Black on the Cerakote Color chart. I re coated my stock in Duracoat stone to clean up the scars from the hunting trips over the last 4 years. I also coated a Tikka T-3 lite with Cerakote Graphite Black for a gentleman but he did not want his bolt coated so the action and barrel were coated. Here is the before picture of my 338 Rum and the after are below it. I also have included the Tikka I coated below my rifle pictures.

Re: Gave my 338 Rum A Cerakote Job

Thank you. My rifle is a sako M995 or TRG-S whatever you want to call it. The Elk is Duracoated along with the rest of the stock I cut a stencil for it by hand. The rifle was given to me by my dad and was a 300 win mag at that time. This is the rifle I used to take my first elk which was a cow so when I coated it the first time around I wanted to add something special to it.
