Glad to see they are going after her. Personally feel that the charge may be a bit light when you look at what she was doing.

It went right this time as it was a LEO in the right, What happens when it is Joe Shovelhandler, not a LEO but just a guy, normal everyday working man divorcing his Hag and she wants to hurt him where it counts???

It is a poorly written law with way too many holes in it to even be considered Law. IMHO

I think we can all agree this is some pretty fucked up law.
I agree with taking things away from someone suicidal but the way this is written it leaves a boatload of room for someone to abuse it and abuse it they will.
If someone is really intent on killing themselves they will find a way short of a straightjacket, restraints and a rubber room.
