There's plenty of forums where you can discuss constitutional law issues, but I do think that the rule may inadvertently sweep in legitimate discussions about firearms-related political issues, like every one of the threads about the new NFA proposed regulations, unfairly. But it seems that Frank is using a light-handed approach to threads which may be political in nature but are directly relevant to the membership and I'm more than happy for him to be the moderator. I think if the discussion goes too far astray he will intervene with a gentle warning to either remain on an acceptable topic or quit posting.
Might be nice to have one dedicated "firearms policy and law" forum where the political aspects of firearms can be freely discussed though.
