none of your business
I recently decided to switch from lead 175's to 160 copper coated bullets in my STI 40. I've been using Clays for the lead bullets for as long as the powder has been out. With the lead bullets I'm already at max (probably 40,000 rounds through my pistols with this powder) but don't feel comfortable putting more powder in to make the gun cycle with the new CC bullets.

The main thing I like about the Clays is it's "clean burning", a quality I want to stay with. I need a medium burn rate powder now. I've heard/read that N320, S1000 and American select are the go-to powders for my purposes but haven't found much about the latter.

Any comments on the stuff, and compared to other powders.

FYI, if you think Unique and 700x are clean burning then steer clear of this thread, LOL.
