You know - the one where they 2 guys acquired used tires... car tires- that had Kevlar belting to help with sidewall stiffness and punctures.... the robbers removed the kevlar from the tires and had mom sew them body armor suits...The same criminals who violated all laws- Fed and State in manufacturing Class 3....
