Gunsmithing HS P Stock Sling Studs, Epoxy ?

I have a cherrished rifle and will attend my first 'competition' with it. The stock is the familliar HS Precision fiberglass / bedding block type sold with many Remington Varmint rifles.
I like it. I do not want to drop it.
Having heard the horrors of sling studs 'failing', would it be reccommended to epoxy them in? Just the front one that is already loose? Both?
What is the best insurance.

I have the same stock and same problem. Love the stock though. A little bit of marine-tex cleared it right up. Went ahead and hit them all while I was at it.
