Rifle Scopes IOR MP 8 reticle measurements

I saw a link once that showed the value in Mils of all the parts of IOR's MP-8 Reticle. Does anyone know where to find it?

Does liberty offer an illuminated version of the 3-18 FFP w/modified reticle? If so that would be an excellent deal.
