I needed to replace the turret screws on an older 4-14x50. I was in Denver and was a bit stressed for time. Scott, of IOR, met me in the morning on his way to work to give me the screws. And the screws were free. Now, that's great customer service. I have 2 IOR scopes already and will definitely stick with IOR scopes.

Re: IOR outstanding customer service

My ocular housing loosened up and the o-ring got chewed up, gonna see about sending mine in for repair as well. 2.5-10x42 FFP Mil/Mil, older style with the turret caps.

Don't you just love it when a company will do the right thing? You would think it would be the norm? Unfortunately it is not and we are often surprised when we get good service.
Nice to hear of anther good company!!!

Same thing happened to mine, same scope. Sent it in, got back what is probably a new scope (two additional digits prepended to serial number, ring marks gone, in all new packaging) as a replacement. The similar serial number was my only indication that it may have been my old scope.
