The company that I currently work for(Underground Coal)is having trouble finding qualified employees that can pass a drug test. We are now hiring totally inexperienced personnel off the street and providing a training program and certification process.
Is there a group within the military services that works with Soldiers returning to the Civi side on job location? We have had excellent luck with almost all the Vets we have brought in so far, and would like to know if there is a streamlined process into that potential labor pool of Men who can work alone, without need for direct supervision and are not afraid of getting dirty.

Re: Jobs Help

JL, if you're interested in recruiting more vets, then you should contact the ACAP centers on the large Army posts. I'd assume the other services have a similar program. They have job fairs every couple weeks for the people outprocessing.
