If you have not dealt with Kasey at Accu-Shot you are sorely missing out.

I ordered an item and it was back ordered. Time was an issue and I really needed it for something.

Kasey went above and beyond what he had to do to ensure that I received my item on time. Not only did I get it on time but the product itself exceeded my expectations.

Good guy for sure. The machine screws holding my spigot block were frozen when I went to install my v2 upgrade, and he was responding to my emails at like 7pm-9pm while I was resolving it, offering me a ton of different ways to help.

I had 4 Atlas bipods upgraded to V8. Kasey was great with comms and got them back to me within a week. He also got me an V2 AI spigot as soon as they came out. Great customer service and great products.

I appreciate your post and am embarrassed by such compliments and attention, we try to do our best and 99.9% of our customers are great folks, making our job easier. And to that point, SH is a great community which I'm proud to be part of, the support for our products from all walks of life is well represented here as well.
