No, the exact opposite. Looks like "green tips" ammo, as the round zipped through the one guy's head. As to the arm, the round likely hit bone, and bone fragments ("secondary fragmentation") are what tore the soft tissue up.

Barring that, "if all else fails.." as General Washington said, Ill retreat down below the fall line, plant my flag in the woods of Million Pines Plantation in South GA, and make my last stand for liberty amongst my family and the good ol boys I grew up with, who will never submit to commie tyranny or a gun ban long as theres a man(or woman) still drawing breath that can squeeze a trigger.
That 2500 acre pine and tobacco plantation has belonged to my family since '29, over my dead body(and my pap's, bros, Mr Justin and all his family/friends that we lease out portions to during deer season, who'll likely bug out there too to help build a post-America community) will that land be taken from us, and we know every square inch of it like its burned into our brain. Supposedly great grandpap had a premonition from god or something(or maybe just saw the writing on the wall, but premonition sounds better when telling us grandkids), liquidated 80% of his Exxon Mobil stock RIGHT before market went belly-up, and turned that cash into land. He was also forestry professor @ UGA(wrote the god danged curriculum actually), all the pines are planted in straight neat rows. Nice long sight lines. ~1/2 mi long curvy driveway. No indication theres a big old house hidden back in those woods aside from the lil ancient 3 ft tall concrete fence and cattle grate at entrance. PLENTY hogs and deer, a few foxes, bunch of opossums, a few bobcats, and quite a few of my long-lost-at-birth brethren yotes. Plus a 14 acre lake literally in the backyard with enough catfish, bass, brim, perch, etc for a couple decent size families to self sustain for, well, forever.?
The fun part will be surviving the trip from Gwinnett to Treutlen County.
But by all means, antifa, whoever, please do come try your luck in the woods. We'll all have a great time! And dont worry, 3 of our good buddies we lease to are EMT's, 2 of em .mil vets.. Im sure they'll be glad to help ya out when you get one a those mean ol ticks, or red bugs..
