Night Vision L3 M845 vs PVS 4

Just wondering if anyone has experience with both of these scopes. I looked through a M845 once but I can't remember if it was a Gen 2 or Gen 2+, I think it was the latter.

It seemed to be a good scope for the money. I was wondering what the opinions are of the PVS-4?

The M845 is more compact lighter in weight. The PVS-4 is a bit stronger performance at low light(with a good tube)and also has more Mag 4X vs 2.5X on the M845. I have had both scopes like them both good proven systems.
