    There are two pathways for ATF agents. 1. Chasing career violent felons thru the streets until they are cornered and then engaging them in mortal combat with pistols. 2. Sitting in an air-conditioned office conspiring with fellow travelers on how to use law-fare with the full force of the federal government to ruin the lives of citizens who pose no threat to anyone.

    You will never encounter the few agents who have gravitated to the former pathway.

    But fair warning. For the past 15 years, the ATF has recruited, and has promoted 1000s of agents who gravitate to the latter pathway. And they are luxurating in those offices carrying rusty pistols conspiring to apply whatever law they can imagine to imprison you for whatever promotes their career.

    While the above may well be true, Youtube is chock a block full of SOTs showing off their cool post ‘86 nontransferable machine guns. SOTs should know the laws, and while we don’t have to agree with them, we must accept that the ATF is paying attention when it comes to the NFA.

    Falsifying letters to illegally import machine guns for personal enjoyment and/or resale? That’s not walking the line. That’s flaunting it while submitting paperwork to the ATF, telling them what you are doing.

    The collective GunTube sphincter just shut so tight you couldn’t push a greased BB through it.

    Well they sound like they were actually doing some dumb shit and played with fire for years.

    Crazy as hell.

    Then LV just plead guilty for that plea agreement. He just really screwed his “buddies”.

    Yeah he played with fire and so did his buddies and they knew what they were doing. Importing things he shouldn’t have and not doing at least one demonstration is fucking foolish especially with small PDs. Add in the Importation and no serial number stuff and you’re just a fukn idiot. Oh, don’t piss off your wife either because that will bite you too. It sucks bad but the feds don’t see it that way.

    maybe he should have collaborated with Theis on his shenanigans.

    Yeah I’m pretty sure etiquette is to at least take your CLEO buddy who signed the letter for your new toy and his buddies out to enjoy it on the house with a couple complimentary cases of ammo 😂

    This is what happens when you try to break the law legally.
    If they'd wrapped the guns in millions of dollars worth a fentanyl and had 350 Ecuadorians walk it across the border, no one would have bothered them.
