Anyone know how to set the 1600B to display the range compensated for angle? I am having trouble setting it up and I already spoke to leica. To my understanding with the unit off, hold the secondary button until unit comes on> release secondary button and press repeatedly until"abc" is displayed> press the primary (raised) button until "ehr" is displayed and press the secondary button one more time to confirm selection.

Am I doing something wrong? I have tried ranging items in excess of 100 yds away but it only displays one value, even when the angle to target is 15 degrees. Leica told me that it should display a second number displaying the range compensated for range. Any insight is appreciated.

Longrange,

you have to select a ballistic curve I believe, the manual is a bit fuzzy on this as I had a similar problem. even if you don't have the ballistic curve set on. pick one.
