I have a Mac so Quicken Willmaker is out of the question. I was hoping for something I can download and make a will or trust or whatever I need to transfer these cans. Anyone have any ideas? It seems silly to pay $130 bucks for that option when I can download a will or trust program for $30 bucks. Anyone have any experience want to chime in? Thanks for the input.

Realize that the generic trust systems may not provide a trust that has all the requirements needed for your state.

It seems to me, that spending the $350 to get a lawyer to do a good trust, is peanuts compared to the cost of the items you are putting in the trust. Especially to avoid any possible issues.

I spent $750 on my trust...

My lawyer asked the right questions, drew it up for me, and offers me guidance as part of the fee should I have any questions. To me, that was worth it. When it comes to legal stuff and things that are so regulated as NFA items, I don't take chances.

I hear ya. I just spent the $130 since its offered by the site I bought the cans from. I can see why trying to save a couple bucks can be a total waste. Thanks guys.
