Load Development for M1A

I’m working on working up a load for my M1A using 168 gr ELDMs and probably BLC (2) powder. The rifle has a 1:11 twist and a 22” barrel.
1. Will these components work well?
2. How should I go about fine tuning the charge weight?

I have never had good luck with BLC2 ..sure it will work but groups were terrible with every charge I tried .

I am with you, I bought about 16# of BLC(d) during Covid just in case when I couldnt find anything else but every load I have tried with it has just been mediocre at best in my gas guns.

I also hear 39.5gr of imr3031 with a 168gr SMK is good. Haven't tried it myself though.
