SubscribeDamn it, man, you made me laugh out loud. Now, I have to explain to the cat why I was laughing.Oh just what we need...another low T cop looking for an excuse to juice up...
Roid rage isn't going to help you catch the black kids.... genetic are a bitch, there's a reason they dominate sports.
Messing with your hormones is stupid. Don't do it unless your life depends on it.
If your testosterone is falling it could be your estrogen levels are rising.
OP, you are smart to come to us for medical advice...
First thing is for your wife or GF to give you oral at least twice a day, swallowing every time. She needs to sacrifice for the sake of the team. If she resists, spank her ass cherry red.
Cut out sugar, most carbs, and most alcohol. Avoid all soy. Take 4000iu or more Vitamin D every morning. Drink 2-3 cups of good quality coffee each day before noon. Every couple-3 days exercise in some way until your knees are wobbly. If your domestic situation is a merry go round of all the ways you are not good enough , ask a man you trust to tell you the real truth about whether you are a lazy whiny pussy or your woman is just a spoiled bitch. Usually there is fault on both sides; it’s called codependency. Fix yourself by grinding out solid pursuit of excellence in a couple small ways every day. If your woman isn’t into it, you need a divorce. If you spend a lot of time gaming online, stop being a pussy and live in the real world.
75 points strikes me as unusual. Can you think of any change in the last year that might account for that- new to road cycling, much more work /life stress? Perhaps dig deeper on the medical stuff by finding a good internal medicine specialist. So the super machismo men on here cracks me up. Big tough bad asses who have no clue what I do for work or what I've done for life choices. I come here because it's a collective group of men who probably are facing or have faced this issue. I'm 36, police work for 14 years doing high speed shit across the country, have kids, in good shape, work out every day. Not a lazy pos by any means. If you're not into striving to being your best and content with being a slob, that's all you but not me.
What I'm irritated with is the constant moving of the bar on where the "ranges and standards" are. I'm not trying to be the hulk and not trying to go about this in a shady manor. In a year, it's fallen 75pts alone. Bet half these douche posts on here are made by total fat asses who take some type of other medication, but yet this is "soy Kate shit". Nothing being sold on my end, just trying to keep myself kicking as I refuse to slow down.
Now THAT'S torque!I know the first few months after I started TRT, I would get morning wood like you wouldn't believe. It would get so hard that when I tried to push it down, it would knock my feet out from under me.

Hey, I am over 60. Take nothing to boost my testosterone and the lab test last year showed 576 total testosterone. I am just saying that a different type of exercise might boost your levels. Also, as mentioned, more sunshine might be helpful. One thing about stress, when I have been under high stress my gut feeling has been that my testosterone level was lower. It just felt lower, but I have no lab test to verify that.
Sounds similar to my story. TRT helped. Definitely worth looking into. I'm 35 fyi.Last month the doc ran a full panel. No high cholesterol, no thyroid issues, noting out of the norm. Which is why she flat out said, I'm out of luck. This place is more of a holistic based Dr office which is what gave me hope. Every year I had to get a physical and even at 26yo my last doc even brought up that my test levels were "old man levels low" never pushed the issue as I was still kicking and humping away.
Fast forward to 2019 and my new doc said it was stress related due to the move and going through a divorce. Things settled and so I brought up the issue again. Don't eat out a lot, and if we do it's pretty healthy stuff. A lot of home cooking throughout the week and got out of police work to help with my dad before he's gone this past year. Because of that, I've been a stay at home dad which honestly has given me the best opportunity to work out, rest, and eat better than I ever have.
Take cold showers, do the ice plunge in the great lakes 3x a week now. Trying to be extra healthy to make sure there's no excuse to figure out what's up. Ive been fighting stupid issues like tennis elbow, sore joints, fatigue, and now sexual issues for about 2 years now. Best way to put it, I'm tired of being tired.
Maybe this is what 36 is like and if that's the case, whatever. But trying not to accept slowing down, espically raising boys who are straight fireballs. Hopefully this paints a better picture fo ya. I think the most frustrating thing is the inconsistency with lab numbers and what's considered in range. Every Dr office and blood draw place had different numbers. I even showed the Dr that and it went in one ear and right out the other.

Doesn't care... but yet still here.... it's okay to admit you are too afraid to ask for help buddy.Your T is obviously getting below the critical threshold if you give two shits about what the douchebags say.
Wait...here come some more now!

Honestly it depends on how I'm feeling that day. I dont go super heavy any more due to injuries. Work up to max, then numerous workouts for said body category till failure. Mixed cardio ev ery other day switching between biking, running, stairs etc. The issues are constantly evolving. Tennis elbow for two years, joint soreness that lasts a few days, inconsistency in sleeping patterns. Shoot by 630p till about 830 I'm shot and I'll fall asleep anywhere. It's like clockwork. Then by 9 I'm wide awake. I'm usually in bed around 11p up at 7. Don't smoke, don't get drunk but have a glass of scotch on the weekends. No medications of any type and no cvid shots at all.Glad to hear you're undergoing some stress reduction and spend time with your kids.
How are you structuring your workouts? Are your "stupid issues" the result of low T, or are they the result of the same overexertion that's causing the low T? I'd want to figure that out before going on gear.
Laughing at out of pocket cost. 200mg vial is $5 ,throw in another buck for syringe and two needles.
About 6 years ago I got diagnosed with multiple endocrine neoplasia type I (MEN1). I had all the low T symptoms but didn’t think anything of it because it was my “normal”. Shortly after, blood work and a CT scan diagnosed me with a MEN1-related brain tumor. Some chemo later, my tumor is in remission and my T is naturally in the upper 800s. I felt great and put off getting additional scans until earlier this year, which found two large MEN1-related tumors on my pancreas. I had most of my pancreas removed this July, and found out I “won the lottery” because the post surgical biopsy labeled both stage II, with no evidence of metastasis in my lymph nodes. So looking for some suggestions here.
36yo, male, in good shape minus the whole broken back and a knee with nerve damage and a torn pcl. Work out minimum 3days a week. 186lbs.
Foe a year I've been putting my foot down with my pcp saying we need to do something. I'm tired of being tired, feeling like crap after a workout, and my sex life sucking. I've now had 6 blood checks done, at three different Dr offices. Started in the mid 400s, and the last one was 371. Every freaking time the bar is moved lower and lower on what my levels "should be" despite coming in with the previous test results, and supporting documents on what my levels should be, no one will do crap about it. So it's time to move on.
Not looking for anything illegal, but a place like ways to well would be great. We're living in Michigan now, specifically the west side. Anyone have any suggestions or places they can recommend? Thanks.
Born and raised. Moved to Texas for 14 years, now back in muskegon area.

Point is: go to an endocrine specialist and get all of your hormones checked. Low T might be a symptom of something bigger going wrong.
