@RobertB whats going on with Manners? This thread is starting to get littered with bad customer experience regarding QC on both shipments and on the stocks themselves. Long lead times has been something we’ve all come to accept, but not coupled with incorrect stocks and QC issues. That’s especially gutting for a customer who’s waited a long time for their stock.
I was planning to place an order for quite a few stocks but now am going to hold off until there’s some clarity around the large number of incorrect shipments, defects, and handling of these situations. I love your stocks and own many but this is really disheartening and I feel like deserves and explanation for the community that has supported the company for years.
