Liquids, you need liquids. Soups and herbal teas.

Make sure to sip SLOWLY. If you do it too fast it'll go right through you. If you can handle a salad, or solid foods then try to cut up an apple(natural caffeine and is equal to a cup of coffee) into tiny pieces, and eat as many dark green leafy vegetables as possible.

It's always best to eat a salad before a soup.
