Well, looks like im finally on the hunt for a house! Im finally financialy recovered enough to start looking at whats out there! Can any Missouri members recomend a good realtor in the Jackson/Cass county area that specializes in rural listings?

I would like to find a decent house on 15+ acres (enough room to shoot would be ideal) NOT in a city. It seems like most realtors specialize in residential areas. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I personally don't know of any, but if you go to your local C-21, Coldwell bankers, United Country.... they will get in touch with their partners in the area you want to locate. They can get you info about different places and this at no cost to you.
