Picked up my beef from the butcher, had to try one out. This is the first charolais that I've had done, I am not unimpressed.
Dad got rid of all his Charolais bulls in the early '90s, went strictly Angus bulls, kept using black baldy cows at that time. Eventually he had all black cows, not purebred Angus cows, but close enough to have almost all black calves.
Failed to mention these pics were taken on Tiburon Island over the last week. Beautiful place in Gods Creation.
