Depicting how Moon Watcher's descendants started evolving after the earlier man-apes had encountered the Monolith.

Back in the 70's I was involved in the setting up of the PNG Defence Force Air Element. Talking to one of the trainees one day I asked him how they decided who would be aircrew or ground crew.

His answer was that they shook the trees, those that fell out became ground crew, the ones who held on became aircrew.

In those days the pidgin english term for helicopter was "Mixmaster in sky belongum Jesus Christ fly upside down".
