The woman said, "Dogs are not eligible to draw benefits."
I explained to her that my Dog is not a Christian, he is black,
unemployed, can't speak English, sleeps 21 hours a day and has no clue
who his daddy is.
He gets his first check on Friday – Plus Food Stamps, a Biden bumper
sticker and a free cell phone.
