Range Report Muzzle velocity gain or loss with supressor?

Just wondering if there is a gain or loss when adding a supressor to a 30 cal. rifle On average what do others find as FPS gain or loss. Thanks in advance.

You will hear some people say that it boosts muzzle velocity. I don't think you would loose any. Its probaly about break even.

.30 OPS 12th on AR-10 - "No change" on my setup...

.30 Elite Iron, no gain on my AR, 15 fps gain on my 6.5XC, 20 fps gain on 300WM
