Gotta love Texas! Our town Belton has a weekend long festival called 4B's, Bacon, Blues and Brews. Live music (including the 1st Cav band from Ft. Hood), a Bacon cook off and beer fest. What y'all got?

Every red state should have a Bacon Festival like that scheduled year round in a different county every weekend- to reinforce that America is a pork eating, alcohol drinking culture.
So how do we set this up in Dearborn Michigan ?
It was this weekend so always last weekend in September.
I was just there last month.
You know you can’t even find bacon for breakfast at most of the restaurants? They don’t put it on the menu because they might offend the locals so to speak.
The one place had beef bacon and no, I scratch that off my list right away.
Finally found a little diner that served bacon. Looked like a safe bet.

Once upon a time yes. I actually lived in a shittier town called Copperas Cove and Killeen.
Yeah Copper Ass Cove and Killeen (it's not called KILLeen for no reason) are not the gems of CenTex but Belton is very much more "upscale".
Used to be a decent little bar there if I’m not mistaken. Duck something or something like that. Lived in Belton for a few months after we came home from Iraq waiting on a house to open up.
It is nicer than Killeen or copperas cove without a doubt.
I would go but I would have to drive through Killeen to get there.
Long ago there was a BYOB bar/joint that required a 'membership' we used to frequent in Killeen, but yea, CC was a shit-hole.
