New Addition to the Family

It's been 7 long years since my Dobey passed, and the daughter is saying it is time for her to have a puppy. We recently just reserved a Haus Brezel German Shepherd Female.

I have to say I am getting a little excited. My family had a GSD when I was younger and my Dad will say she was the best dog ever; of course I say my Dobey.

Does anybody on the Hide train Shutzhund? We want the dog to be a great family dog and not a show dog... but I really think Shutzhund would be great way to bond with the dog.

Any kind of training is good. GSD love attention. They always try to please. Great dogs.

Passed away a couple years ago now.

The new GSD

He is a year old now and can sleep in the most uncomfortable positions.

We are getting excited. The daughter keeps asking when the pup will get here.

Talked to a few other GSD owners, they said that the females seem a little easier to train and that they are smart as a whip.
