Wow, I'm now a SH member.
Been reading here for a while but just didn't feel qualified to join this group. Still don't .
I'm retired, and the wife and I shoot as our primary recreation instead of dinner and a movie. Usually all the way out to 100 yards.
We started at 25 yards so making it to 100 was a big deal for us.
Just recently got into F-class (600 yd) shooting, still unrated but getting closer. The avatar is my pride. A CCBS X.
It went down hill from there though. Working on position and concentration. Things seem to be getting better.
Posts from the experts here have been a help.
My primary stick is the equivalent to Johnny Cash's One Piece At A Time Cadillac. A kitchen assembled AR-15, No-Gas, Side Charge, 22 Nosler.
Most everything was bought on sale. Bought once, didn't cry at all. I reload for most everything I shoot and refining the shot before the trigger pull is paying off.
Just need more trigger time in the wind.
Anyway, thanks for allowing this noob to join. Feel free to delete any incorrect advice I offer up in posts.
