I can see that not going well in Chicago. He's likely screwed because most departments have a policy against any political photos while in uniform.

It's the whole, not in uniform, not on duty thing, which I agree with.
While I agree with his sentiment, he should not do that sort of thing without approval.

He'll probably take some heat, but the CPD union has stroke when they choose to. It'll be interesting to see if they back him the way they do when the politics are reversed.
