I picked this up as an inexpensive web sling for my R700. I'm used to shooting M1907 sling with my M1903... but unless I'm doing something wrong, I cant get the upper portion of the sling short enough for my arm. Looks like I'm going to have to drill holes further up for the upper keeper Chicago screws.
For reference, on the M1907, I shoot sitting with the upper keeper in the last pair of holes, shooting prone I have the upper keeper in the 3rd pair of holes.
