Guys,

I got my trust and form 4's in the mail. Just want to double check what I need to submit with it.

From what I understand...

1 copy of Trust (does it need to be notorized or anything?!?(
2 copys of form 4
1 declaration of citizenship.

Can i get a double check or maybe a link to the ATF websight stating the required paperwork. My GOOGLEFU is weak.

Re: Paperwork to submit

Trust must be notarized. Everything else is correct.

NOTE: Sometimes the raised/embossed notary seal will not show up on a copy. I bought a tube of powdered graphite at an auto parts store and brushed it over the seal to darken it. Works great now when copying.

Do you have any ATF documentation on this requirement?

No but 3 years ago a friend had his Form 4 rejected due to trust not being notarized which is required by the state I live in for the trust to be valid. Seems that even back then the feds must have been knowledgeable in state specific law in regards to trusts. YMMV

Only speaking of the original
