Lightened slide. SRO. Comp. Shooting cheap factory 115s wwb or federal.

Don’t know what weight recoil spring it has in it now. Worked well but started to fell worn out and Zev says they last 3000 at best

Depends upon your load, the gun, how dirty it is and how firmly you grip it. You don't want to beat up the gun or go so light it struggles to strip rounds from the magazine.

Part of a high performance setup is buying several springs and testing them out.

Generally speaking, this is sound advice for a setup like that.

The 11 lb spring may not go back into battery depending on how dirty the gun is.

This, but I personally prefer running hotter ammo like S&B 124 grain with my G19 Radian for reliability and to make the comp more effective. Though this is set up more for carry (Minus the Surefire) believe it or not haha

@BurtG the key is finding the spring rate that works with your gun and ammo. Say you put a 11lb spring in and everything runs good but the slide feels sluggish, then jump up to a 12lb or 13lb. Same if you go with a 13lb but you get a couple failures due to the slide not fully going back or return speed too fast. Looking at your setup I’d almost bet a 12lb is what you’ll end up with.

Like the others, I'd go with an 11-13lb spring, specifically ISMI springs in Glocks.

Back when I was burning a lot of rounds through Glocks, I used to do the Dave Sevigny thing where you start with a 13lb ISMI spring and then clip 1-3 coils off to get the gun to track the way I wanted (shooting ~130 power factor stuff)... YMMV.

You have to be mindful of your striker spring weight if you step down to 11# springs in a Glock. Often, a 5.5# OEM striker spring can start pulling the slide out of battery at full striker cock, and accuracy can suffer. ISMI 11# springs work well with Wolff 4.0# and 4.5# striker springs, but keep up with your gun cleaning for reliable operation. Striker gun recoil springs and striker springs oppose each other, so keep that in mind.
