I’m looking to reduce the steps needed to spot, range, get wind bearing and wind call, and finally get a correction. I’ll be hunting, shooting steel, and a couple competitions. The current set up I have is a set of cheap bino’s, Vortex Razor HD 4000 rangefinder, handheld Weatherflow weathermeter , and any ballistics app. It’s too many steps, especially when out prairie dog shooting. I need to streamline the process and looking for suggestions. Shooting out to 1,200 yards or so.
Some setups I’m considering:
Leica CRF 3500.com rangefinder
Kestrel 5700 Elite with Link
My cheap binos
Vortex Fury 5000 AB
Kestrel 5700 Elite with Link
Sig 3000BDX
Kestrel 5700 Elite with Link
What do y’all think
