Rifle Scopes Please help with Kahles

I bought a Kahles 4-12x50 scope from a fellow member last year. I finally decided to mount the scope two weeks ago. I got it mounted and started my sighting in process. The left and right movement of the crosshairs are fine, but the up and down will not move. It is shooting 6-8 inches low at 100 yds and will not come up. I am using Leupold bases and rings. Any ideas please! I can't get a copy of receipt to send it back for warranty, heck, I can't even get the guy I bought it from to answer my emails or pm's.
please help!!!!

Contact Kahles they will take it back without a receipt.

BTW does not move at all? or just not enough "up"? Because if it's the latter you might not have it mounted properly. I had that happen and turned out the previous owner had put a ton of shims underneath the scope rings.

If i remember correctly, it didnt move up at all. But I could be wrong. The scope is at a friends house right now, letting him look at it. I am using a set of high Leupold rings. Do you think that is my problem? Need to get some different rings? It sits about 3/16 off my barrel.

I would just send it to Kahles. Their USA contact is called Khaybes I believe just Google for it.
