REVEALED: FBI used ‘false statements,’ ‘manipulated known facts’ during investigation into 2017 Congressional baseball game shooting
The FBI released a report “arriving at a conclusion there was ‘no nexus to terrorism’ by utilizing false statements and manipulation of known facts.”thepostmillennial.com
it is past time for dosing them with their own street justice. the judicial system is simply aiding and abetting these criminals. capital punishment should be the only choice. life in prison at about 100k a year is not justice. It is getting time for a different kind of justice for these animals

United States v. Wong Kim Ark was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court which held that a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China, automatically became a U.S. citizen at birth. The ruling determined that the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution granted birthright citizenship to all persons born in the United States regardless of race or nationality.
" In a 6-to-2 decision, the Court ruled in favor of Wong Kim Ark. Because he was born in the United States and his parents were not “employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China,” the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment automatically made him a U.S. citizen. This case highlighted a disagreement between the Justices over the precise meaning of one key phrase in the Citizenship Clause: “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

I did see this reaffirmed -
"The Fourteenth Amendment affirms the ancient and fundamental rule of citizenship by birth within the territory, in the allegiance and under the protection of the country, including all children here born of resident aliens, with the exceptions or qualifications (as old as the rule itself) of children of foreign sovereigns or their ministers, or born on foreign public ships, or of enemies within and during a hostile occupation of part of our territory, and with the single additional exception of children of members of the Indian tribes owing direct allegiance to their several tribes. The Amendment, in clear words and in manifest intent, includes the children born, within the territory of the United States, of all other persons, of whatever race or color, domiciled within the United States. Every citizen or subject of another country, while domiciled here, is within the allegiance and the protection, and consequently subject to the jurisdiction, of the United States."

14th needs a, "parents must be citizens".
Maybe why Nancy Pelosi wanted - H.R.1177 - U.S. Citizenship Act
This bill establishes a path to citizenship for certain undocumented individuals. The bill also replaces the term alien with noncitizen in the immigration statutes and addresses other related issues.
wrong Kyle high tree short rope.
then their policy is Fed up. another example of not eliminating the behavior and the bad actor. rather making all kinds of lame psycho babble reasons to ignore the obvious. another useless and societally destructive "rule of law".DP and life without parole are NOT options per Colln County DA due to Kamelo's age.
Back before the inner webs got big, I’d accuse them/you of being an Aviation Week subscriberI am still going to call bullshit, not denying that massive underground structure, not putting it past the elites, but you damn well know they couldn't build that with out some good ol boys and girls and they damn sure couldn't keep it a secret until it was done.
I just don't believe anything in the news or social media, you knuckleheads have at least taught me that.
I've had a security clearance and at the same time, knew there was no such thing as a secret. I've never discussed what I did except with other employees and those testing the tech. I was never surprised when someone who shouldn't know anything, knew everything and I knew they were not connected to the projects and often, they were in a totally random place or at a random event and start dropping tidbits like they were there at concept.
Except aliens and Bigfoot, those F'rs are tight lipped
