At dinner last night my nephew exhibited this in a state of healing.
He has had poison ivy and did not consider it when it was happening poison ivy. He does a lot of dirt bike riding and works concrete right now.
I was thinking concrete burning but he has had that before and knew it wasnt that.
His career is working as an engineer on a fishing boat out of Adak.
He had to take the shot to get on the boat. Makes great money working his ass off 8 or so months a year.
Thanks for posting this I sent it on to him and my sister as they had no idea what is going on and their doctor was perplexed.
Would have never thought shingles in a healthy 25 year old.....its an older - failing immune system - condition.
