Usual suspects in fleeing car. Passenger was wanted in Philadelphia for armed robbery.

i further explained that he had no idea who just sold him that, where the cameras were, or when they'd be stopping by to "discuss" it with him. it is almost unbelievable how stupid some people can be. i have little doubt who was selling those things, and why they were doing it.
