Wilson's lawsuit alleges that a school resource officer spotted the eighth-grade attacker with a knife making threats against other students one day before her daughter was stabbed.
The officer told school authorities who were warned again when the attacker brought the blade to school on the day of the attack.
Wilson's daughter was not even the primary target of her attacker who began harassing her as she walked to gym class, according to the lawsuit.
She tried to walk away and repeatedly asked the attacker to leave her alone as teachers watched on.
A fight then broke out in front of a baying crowd of students, some of whom filmed the attack.
The attacker held her victim down and stabbed her in the face, neck, breasts and torso, and back.
I hope girl wins case; so she can go to a private school and NOT fear this happening again.

* There is a major difference between experience and Successful experience. I for one once tried to sew a sail for a model sailboat. That means I have experience in sewing, but you would never ask me to create your daughter’s wedding dress. Same for Hillary Clinton. She always touted her “experience“ in government as a reason to choose her over the other candidate. However, to put it kindly, but bluntly and honestly, everything she dabbled in while in the post of Secretary of State, turned out very badly not only for our nation but for much of the entire planet. Her other records at attempting to accomplish goals have also turned out to be somewhat less than successful. That is not the Experience we needed. (Had to throw this in, thank you)
